Chambre de comptage de plancton
La chambre de comptage de plancton est un outil idéal pour quantifier les particules et les micro-organismes dans 1 ml d'eau ou d'autres liquides transparents. Spécifiquement conçue pour accueillir de grandes quantités de zooplancton, cette chambre est constituée d'un bloc de plexiglas avec des rainures usinées avec précision et un fond poli, assurant une transparence exceptionnelle. Grâce à leur taille compacte, ces chambres peuvent être facilement utilisées avec des microscopes stéréoscopiques.

Caractéristiques du produit
- La chambre de 50 x 20 x 1 mm (= 1 cm3) est graduée avec une grille de 1 mm qui subdivise 1 ml en 1000 μl.
- Livrée avec une lamelle d'environ 60 x 30 x 1 mm
- Le quadrillage n'est pas nécessaire pour de nombreuses applications, en particulier pour les méthodes APHA et lors de l'analyse de grandes espèces de plancton.
- Elle convient à une utilisation avec des microscopes conventionnels et des microscopes inversés. – Peut être utilisée en combinaison avec des oculaires micrométriques.
Précautions
- Si la biomasse est trop importante, vous pouvez d'abord diluer l'échantillon, puis ajouter une solution fixatrice (formaldéhyde ou solution d'iode de Lugol), puis procéder à l'échantillonnage et au comptage.
- Il y a des bulles d'air sous la lamelle, veuillez acheter une petite lamelle et la placer dans la zone de comptage, ou ignorer les bulles d'air et ne pas compter.
- Ne pas frotter vigoureusement avec un tissu rugueux ou d'autres objets durs tels que des brosses, afin de ne pas endommager la zone de comptage du cadre de comptage ;
- Ne pas essuyer avec un chiffon doux pelucheux. En raison de sa haute transparence, il est facile de voir les poils collants dessus. Veuillez le sécher avec un chiffon doux tel qu'un chiffon à lunettes.
- Après avoir utilisé la boîte de comptage, rincez-la à l'eau claire, séchez sa surface avec un chiffon de nettoyage et placez-la dans une boîte de rangement pour la conserver en lieu sûr.
- Ne pas tremper directement dans des solvants organiques ou de l'alcool.
